At Rosé Beauty Bar, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable experience, one that will keep them coming back to our salon time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. GUESTS & CHILDREN
For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that only guests with appointments attend. Children are welcome only if they have their own appointment and remain seated with a parent/guardian. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the salon safe and relaxing.
LATE ARRIVALS
Kindly note, we reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you are running late, please call as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services and you forfeit your deposit.​​
CANCELLATIONS​
Your appointments are very important to our team. If you need to cancel, change or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your time slot to another client on our waitlist. We understand that emergencies can occur, and it's not always possible to give advance notice. However, repeated cancellations without sufficient notice may lead us to require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

If you downgrade or cancel services at the time of your appointment, you will not be refunded the difference or the original service that was booked.

Deposits are non-refundable but to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of your service cost, please ensure you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES​​

You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.

Rose Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.

Except as required by law, gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

All service/ product prices are subject to change without notice

All sales, including products, gift certificates and services are considered final.

We are not liable to redeem any Gift Card that is presented for redemption after the expiry date.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service

Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment

Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our staff and other customers
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our guests. It is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the guest’s satisfaction.
Tips maybe paid with cash, debit or credit card.
REFUNDS
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on services, products, deposits, or gift cards. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our work, we cannot accept returns; however, if you experience an issue with your service, please notify us before you leave up to 48 hours, and we will do our best to find a resolution promptly.
