At Rosé Beauty Bar, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. We are a small salon and spa and space can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below.
Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a relaxing experience with us.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms. Please silence your cell phone when you arrive.
At the time of booking online, your credit card is required and you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service(s).
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead. If you need to reschedule or make changes to your appointment, please change it at least 24 hours in advance.
Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. We kindly ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund, so that we can make your time slot available to other clients.
Failure to confirm your appointment may result in forfeiting your appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to make your appointment without cancelling you will be charged in full for your service.
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advanced, you will be refunded the full amount. If you cancel services in less than 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.
Kindly note, we reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you are running late, please call as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 10-15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. In this case, we will offer you a shorter service time.
If you downgrade or cancel services at the time of your appointment, you will not be refunded the difference or the original service that was booked.
Walk-ins: We welcome all walk-ins but highly suggest making an appointment, as we cannot guarantee availability.

Children under the age of 12 who are receiving services must have a parent or guardian accompany and sign a consent form. For safety and relaxation of all of our guests, children not receiving services will not be permitted in the salon.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, Cash, Debit, Venmo, Cashapp and Rose Beauty Bar Gift Cards.
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our guests. It is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the guest’s satisfaction.
Customary gratuity for beauty services is 15-25% of the full value of the treatment or more if your experience was extraordinary. Tips maybe paid with cash, debit or credit card.
Gift Certificate & Product Policy
Gift certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
Gift certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed.
Rose Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
Except as required by law, gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed or the gift certificate reaches the original expiration date, whichever occurs first.
If a service exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of service.
For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate.
Rose Beauty Bar, at any time, reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
For reasons beyond our control, Rose Beauty Bar is not responsible for emailed gift certificates that do not reach their intended recipient. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified.
